Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Clezy AI AI (“Clezy AI AI”, “we”, “us”), available at https://clezy.ai, collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes your information, including information we receive from Google when you sign in with Google or connect a YouTube channel. Questions: support@clezy.ai.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or the details from Google or Facebook if you sign in with them.
• Content you create: ideas, scripts, photos you upload (for example a selfie for a video template), characters, voices you choose, and the pictures and videos Clezy AI makes for you.
• Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage: which tools you use, credits used, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security and to keep the service running.

Google user data: what we access

Clezy AI AI asks Google for access only when you choose a Google feature:

• Sign in with Google (scopes: openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture.
• Connect YouTube, optional (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload): permission to upload videos to your channel.
• Connect YouTube, optional (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly): your channel’s name and ID.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data.

Google user data: how we use it

• Your Google name, email and picture are used only to create your account and sign you in.
• The youtube.upload permission is used only to upload a video you made in Clezy AI to your own channel, when you press Publish or when you have turned on auto-post yourself. You choose the title, description, tags and visibility. We never change, delete or download your existing YouTube videos.
• The youtube.readonly permission is used only to show you which channel your videos will be published to.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of you.

Google user data: sharing

We do not share, sell or transfer Google user data to anyone, except: (a) to Google itself, to carry out the upload you asked for; (b) to service providers that host our servers and storage, who act only on our instructions and keep it confidential; (c) if the law requires it; or (d) as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Google user data: storage and protection

We store your Google account name, email and picture with your account, and for YouTube your channel name, channel ID, the IDs and links of videos you published through Clezy AI, and the access and refresh tokens Google issues. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All traffic uses HTTPS. Access to our servers is limited to staff who need it to run the service.

Google user data: retention and deletion

• You can disconnect YouTube at any time in Account → Connected accounts. We revoke the access with Google and delete the stored tokens immediately.
• You can also remove access yourself at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To delete your account and all data linked to it, including Google data, email support@clezy.ai from the email on your account. We delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.
• Tokens are kept only while YouTube stays connected; the list of videos you published is kept with your account until you delete it.

Limited Use

Clezy AI AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is never used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. People at Clezy AI cannot read it unless you ask us to (for example for support), for security reasons, or where the law requires.

YouTube

Clezy AI AI uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Facebook Pages

Connecting a Facebook Page is optional. We ask for pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts, used only to list the Pages you manage and to publish the videos you choose. We store the Page name and ID, links to posts you published through Clezy AI and encrypted access tokens. Disconnecting revokes access and deletes the tokens.

AI providers and other services we use

To make your videos we send your prompts, scripts and any photos you upload to AI providers (PPQ, and OpenAI where enabled) only to produce the result you asked for. We use Stripe for payments, Amazon S3 (or a compatible service) for file storage, and an email service to send account emails. None of these receive your Google user data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. If the site owner turns on analytics or advertising tags, those set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your information, and object to how we use it. Email support@clezy.ai and we will reply within 30 days. Clezy AI is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below, and tell you by email or in the app before any important change takes effect.
