By creating an account or using Clezy AI AI you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to them where you live. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You own what you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You must have the rights to anything you upload or publish, including faces, photos, music and text, and you must not use Clezy AI to make content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that uses someone’s face without their consent.
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel in Account. Plan credits reset each month; bought credit packs do not expire. Credits for anything that fails are returned. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your plan.
Clezy AI AI lets you connect your own YouTube channel or Facebook Page. This uses YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy applies. Videos are published only when you press Publish or turn on auto-post. You can disconnect at any time.
AI can make mistakes. Check videos, scripts and pictures before you publish them.
You can stop using Clezy AI AI and delete your account at any time by emailing support@clezy.ai. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Clezy AI AI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
